Hope: chapter 1

Dawn

"Get out of my house now!" That was my 48th foster mother. I'm officialy homeless again. Ya-hoo! I rolled my eyes and I grabbed my already packed bag and left. I'd lasted 1 month in this hell. That's a record, even for me.
Sorry, I forgot to introduce myself. I'm Dawn Armstrong. 16 years old and mute. I've been tossed around in foster homes all my life. I won't depress you with my life story. Let's just say I'm hated and bullied, let's keep it as that shall we? No need to explain to you about my parents either.
Well, no one likes me. I'm useless. Ugly. I Everone hates me. I even hate me. I stopped walking around and found an empty park bench to sleep on. It better not rain, I thought.
I fell asleep thinking about food and dreading school tomorrow.

Jordan

Beep, beep, beep. That was my alarm clock. Time to get up. Well, I'm Jordan O'Conner and I'm 17. My parents were out again-They are never home. My step dad's probably at a bar right now, and my step-mom is probably getting her hair or nails done at some super expensive salon.Ugh-so there was no one to talk to. After i took a shower, I ran downstairs and grabbed a granola bar out of the fridge. I gulped down the granola bar and guzzled some milk striaght from the carton. I'm gonna be late, late, late on my first day to a new school! I jumped into my car and quickly drove myself to school. I shoved my books into my locker and made my way to homeroom. I walked in just as the late bell rang.
